Pass data from one step of Business Process Flow to the next step.

If I have a business process flow, that lets me create a Sale from an Enquiry, how can I reuse some of the data from the Enquiry when creating the new sale. 

For example my Enquiry has a contact, when I go to create a Sale from the enquiry, I want this contact to be passed through to the sale.

    Hi,

    Assuming your entities are related, so you can edit the relationship and set the relationship mapping and can select your source field from Enquiry and target field from sale.

    Thank you for your reply, my entities are related but I can't see how to use the Contact field from Enquiry and pass it to my Sale contact field.

    It lets me set the Enquiry to the Sale enquiry field.

    This will be my default contact but of course can be changed by the user.

    Can I access the other fields on Enquiry to use in my Sale record as I can't see a way currently.

    Sorry I think I misunderstood you when you said entity mappings.  You mean on the relationship itself not within the Business Process Flow.  I will give that a go.
