Lookup Field not recognized as an entity attribute

Posted on by 70

Hi,

I have a lookup field "Country" on Lead form in my CRM.
- On the one hand, in the environment for development, this field is recognized as a Lead attribute
- On the other hand, in the environment for production, it is not.

What did I do wrong ? How could I do to make this field also recognized as a Lead attribute in the environment for production please ?

Thank you in advance,

Camille

Yes, I am using ClickDimensions, form field is to map the fields on a form on a website to the lead fields

Is this some kind of third-party solution you are using? What is settings->form fields?

    Hi Francesco,

Sorry but I really have ixb_countrylead on my lead form. This is not a confusion.

I imported this field from a solution built in dev

    Hi Camille,

in dev environment you have ixb_country, in prod environment simply not ... the attribute you are seeing in the second screenshot is the default address1 Country.

You confuse the attributes because they share the same label, however, the schema is not the same!

Probably you need to import a solution from dev to prod with ixb_country attribute to align systems.

Please let me know if you solve.

    ashlega

On the left : dev environment, with "ixb_country" in the list of Lead attributes

On the right : prod environment, without this field in the list, even if it exists in my lead form !

    I don't have any code

Edit : on prod I finally managed to map, I filled a form, it did not work (no posted form) and the mapping I set disappeared...

Also, when you are saying "it's not recognized", what do you mean exactly? Is it missing from the form, or do you have some code and it's not working?

Did you move your solution with the country field into production?  If you did, did you publish those changes in production?  If so, are you on the same Lead form in production as you are in dev?
