Hi experts,
It is supported to create SSRS report based on Web API instead of fetchXML?(Connect to Dynamics with AAD application client ID as authentication.)
Any suggestion would appreciate.

It is not supported at the moment. FetchXml is the only way for SSRS reports now.
I believe only fetch XML is supported when creating SSRS reports for Dynamics/Power Platform apps.
Is there any update on this after November 2020? Can we use any other data source except FetchXML in the SSRS reports for D365 Sales?
Hi,
As explained by others, currently there is no connector for SSRS which uses WebAPI.
You need to use FetchXML.
