Can we scan barcode through mobile camera against sales order/Purchase order

Hello Experts,

One of our customer wants to scan barcode through mobile camera against sales order/Purchase order. If the customer accessing Business central through mobile browser, Is it possibel to scan & save the barcode (through mobile camera) against sales/purchase order.

The mobile app doesn’t natively activate the camera of the device for that scenario. It would need development to achieve it. You may want to look at alternatives. We have a client who use a Bluetooth scanner adapter for some android phones. This means then can scan without activating a camera. Other option is powerapps.
