Hello Guys,

"The connection to the server was suspended"

Error encountered while trying to login through NAV 2015 webclient.

Any ideas on how to tackle this issue?

    Hello Suresh,

    Got the error message after supplying my login credentials. Kindly note that I'm launching the webclient on Windows 10 with IE version 11.

    Did you check event viewer for any detailed error message ? are you trying to access this from the NAV server or from another client computer.

    Found what the problem was.

    Had cyberoam running which prevented me from accessing the webclient.
