Hide Activity type filter from Activity home page

Hi, 

I want to get rid of unwanted activity types from the filter. can anyone help with this? 

I tried to edit the field but its a system created so unable to make changes to it. 

Is there a way? Or can I even hide the complete filter? 

Please help!! Much appreciated!!

    hello,

    This is hard coded filter there is no out of box way to change it.
