Facing issue with saving selected Delivery Option on my E-commerce site

Hi All,

I have an issue saving a selected delivery option on my e-commerce site. I have set up modes of delivery and also set up auto charges in HQ. In addition, configured Pickup modes of delivery under commerce parameters in HQ then run process delivery mode.

However, in the e-commerce site on selection the available delivery option, I get an error when I click save and continue. The error reads, "Something went wrong. Please try again later" as shown in image below.

The theme I am using is Fabrikam and D365 installed product version is 10.0.31 (10.0.1406.105).

What could the issue be and how do I resolve it?

Thanks

Have you attached the channel (e-commerce store), product (all the items on your current order), and address(Country or state of the delivery address) to the mode of delivery? After this setup, you need to run the "Process delivery modes" batch job. Once the batch job is completed, push the 1120 job to the channel DB.

If the issue persists, have a look at the Retail Channel Events in the LCS to see more detailed information.

    Hi Shafeeque,

I did all necessary setups on mode of delivery and also run 1120 job.

I have done an inspection on the page and noticed an error "Failed to load resource. Server responded with a status of 400." The error relates to "rs.su.retail.dynamics.com/Commerce/Carts('W6fGgGZdFF~WInNCIXb0r1N1V~Gd2SS9')/UpdateLineDeliverySpecifications?api-version=7.3".

It appears the api is having trouble updating line delivery specifications.

    Any help?

    Thanks

Looks like you have all configurations in place. One thing I would check will be the version match between e-Commerce and CSU. Sometimes if there is a huge gap between the CSU (which is automatically updated) and e-commerce (requires manual update), some APIs fail.
