May I ask whether is there any restriction to how many permissions I can give to a user in Navision 2018?

    A restriction is very unlikely. When you have overlaps of permissions - for example 2 permission sets with the same tables it will pick the one with the most advanced permissions out of the two. It won’t merge them together.
