HQ Client error -2147024891 access is denied

Hi,

I have encountered the error above on one of our customer sites when a worksheet 330 was issues between two stores.

worksheet error -2147024891 access is denied. an error occured while attempting to process worksheet xxx at HQ

The customer is using RMS 2.0.165 running on SQL express 2008 r2.

the workheets 330 before and after this error process correctly.

any help would be appreciated
