Thanks! That solves part of my problem. I also need to know the opportunities that the value changed after that reopen. I mean, someone reopen an opportunity, then closes again as won with a different value. Is it possible to know?
Hi,
you can create a workflow,
1. trigger on status changed,
2. for checking criteria, check is the status equal to "Open",
3. if yes, then send email to Modified by.
Set up a workflow to run on the Status change of an Opportunity. Do a check condition to see if the status equals "Open". Then send an email to yourself if it equals true. That should handle it.
