App Store Issue

Anyone had any experience with the CRM App Store? I am having several issues after installing the main AppStore app in my test environment. I have tried to use the "Contact Us" button to report these issues and I get an error. I have basically given up trying to use it. It even fails trying to un-install the App Store App itself.

Also, it will not let me install any of the Apps in another organization. Once you download and try one, you can't install again. In my opinion App Store is not ready for implementation in my production environment.

    Hi Ed,

    This app store is provided by a 3rd party and not by Microsoft and therefore only provides a few apps.  If you want Microsoft's official store, check out

    dynamics.pinpoint.microsoft.com/.../home

    I'm sorry to hear that you had bad experience using the CRM App Store. I can ensure you that the CRM App Store is installed on hundreds of CRM Organizations with satisfied customers which use it on daily basis to explore new Microsoft Dynamics Apps, free and paid.

    The CRM App Store is an online store for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and contains complete vertical solutions and horizontal add-ons from different vendors.

    Prodware group legally owns and operates the store, Microsoft and Prodware signed a collaborative agreement to help market and promote the CRM App Store to customers and Partners, a recent announcement was made last July.

    I think the problem is, you download the App Store solution and then what?  There is no documentation anywhere that says what the next step is to get the add-on/solution you actually want to try?
