Suddenly only one of our Dynamics users gets an error when trying to use the Dynamics 365 app for outlook "Something went wrong during sign-in Error: Failed to authenticate user" and an additional blank browser screen opens.
The user can sign-in to Dynamics without any issue, only the add-in for outlook fails. (Other users have no issues).
All our users use office LTSC 2021.
Tried to uninstall and install the add-in again through the Dynamics admin portal, checked local cached password in Password-Vault with no success.
When examining Microsoft Entra logs i can't see any outlook add-in login attempts while other users that uses the add-in generate a successful login event on Entra "Sign-in from application Microsoft Dynamics CRM App for Outlook - Success" (in the past the problematic user also logged in successful Sign-in for that app but no Sign-ins at all for her even not Failure or Unsuccessful.
Any suggestions ? we're clueless with that issue by now.
