How to prevent forwarding of event's teams link

Posted on by 80

Hi everyone,

We will be utilizing D365 Marketing Events to organize a webinar . While testing we realized that registrants can forward the teams meeting link to other people.

We would want all participants to be registered so that we can automatically add them as leads in our system. Even though we can see participants in the attendance tab in the teams meeting , we want the whole process to be automated so that our Marketing and Sales team can start working on these new Leads. What can we do to add the non-registered participants to be added as lead to our system or a way to prevent registered participants to forward the webinar link.

Thank you.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, It is impossible to stop the participants from forwarding any kind of communication.

    Hi,

Maybe you can use worklfow/flow to create lead records automatically.
