    Hi Partner,

We can build a custom PCF component(in other word, custom control) to achieve it.

If you would like to learn how to build it, I recommend tutorials from Carl:

    https://carldesouza.com/creating-a-custom-component-using-the-powerapps-component-framework/

    https://carldesouza.com/walkthrough-of-creating-the-microsoft-powerapps-pcf-sample-component/

There are some existing components in PCF gallery, you could try the component from Diana and check whether it could work for you.

    https://github.com/ORBISAG/ORBIS.PCF.ColorfulOptionset

It is very easy to use, after importing the solution, just change the default control of an optionset field to "ORBIS.ColorfulOptionset", and hide the default control.

The customized drop down list of optionset:

In addition, also refer to this component, it will change options of option set to buttons with different colors.
