I was hoping for some suggestions on how to create a customer journey where it splits the segment into different paths depending on the customer location. And depending on the location, the email deployment dates would vary.
Example: We have a segment of 100 contacts which have a 'location' field. Is it possible (in the customer journey) to split this one segment with a condition based on the location field? We would aim to have one journey + condition and 4 different outcomes so that we can send them customized marketing emails at different times.
Or is the only solution to create different segments instead of indicating locations in the if/then statement?
