HQ worksheets are not working

HI All,

Environment  - MD RMS 2.0

User ran the worksheets  , 401 , 402, 502  at HQ Level.  User the ran the HQ client at store level also.

But in the HQ client  system is only keep running the worksheet 401 only , it is not running the rest of the worksheets .

Could i know the Problem ?

    This could be caused by any number of things.  The first thought is to make sure that the client is pointing to the right database, and the correct HQ Server, then ensure that the Server is pointing to the correct database.  

    When you are creating the worksheet, make sure that the store is selected.

    Verify that the HQ Server and the Store have the same time (to the second is best, to the minute should work given there is a pause before trying to run the HQ Client).  

    These are the three most likely cause. Another good idea is to go into the worksheets in HQ Manager and clear out all of them that went through with errors or have not went through.
