Connection issues for business card scanning app into CRM Lead or Contact

Hi,

I found this great business card reader app that lets you take a photo of a business card, and it creates a Lead or Contact directly in the CRM. It works great for my login (I'm a system admin). However, none of my sales team are able to connect via the app. It says their username/password is incorrect. They all have access to CRM and are set as the Salesperson role, so they can create Leads and Contacts etc. I then changed one of them to system admin and it still doesn't let them login and connect. Any ideas? Has anyone else used this app and/or had issues connecting? I've emailed the company who built the app and waiting to hear back.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Sally,

Can you please post a screenshot of form to which you enter credentials?

Bizcard.PNGWorked like a charm for me! Watch the CRM URL.

Thanks - yes it works a charm for me too...but not for any of my sales team. I've tried logging in as them and get incorrect username/password, but I can login as them to CRM no problem.

The CRM URL is exactly the same for me and my sales team.

    companyname.crm.dynamics.com

Where obviously our company name is in place of that in the URL.

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks, here is a screenshot. I've blanked out our company name and the email for security reasons. However, the same URL works for my login but none of my sales team logins. It's very strange. I wonder if perhaps only 1 account per URL is allowed? It doesn't mention this on their website.

    Thanks,

    Sally

I am wondering if perhaps it only allows one login per domain? I've emailed the company who built the app to find out. Has anyone successfully used this for multiple users within their CRM environment?

    Thanks!
