Does the item have a route?

Have you tried it with a BOM item rather than a Formula item?

Let's use them as Formula item, since it offers some features not available in BOM

It was for a like for like parity test - same setup for BOM and it does not work for your setup. I cannot remember when that field is referenced, if indeed it is in the process you want it to.

So to the other question, does it have a route?

Yes, this item have a route.

Then the time will come from route, not a default lead time. Set it on the route.

The manufacturing time is 6 hours approx. The delivery time is 2 additional days, if it is 3 days I will be multiplying my cost of manufacturing and ocuando the resource unnecessarily.

    any other idea?

    Thank you

Add in transport time for the 2 days, add in a sales lead time of two days, add in the safety margins. The lead time is the time to make for the route, that is fine, but you cannot add in the default inventory lead time when you have a route, the inventory lead time is the time to make.
