With the new lightweight Dynamics Outlook App from Dynamics 365 with Outlook from Office 365, Leads are displayed / selected by First Name / Last Name of the Contact. This makes it very difficult to have multiple Leads from the same Contact, also if Smart Matching is configured then the emails are tracked to the wrong Leads if they have the same Contact, typically the first matching Lead (by First Name / Last Name) is taken.
In our testing we have had to modify the last name of the Lead so we can see which Lead is in use, see example below...
If we hadn't have modified the Last Name to include the time e.g. "(13:43)", we would see four Leads that look the same and would have to open each to see which is relevant.
