We have Great Plains users running the client from a Terminal Services location.
(GP 2010, IM2010, Windows 2003, MS SQL Server 2005).
To run Integration Manager, the user first logs into GP then launches Int Mgr from within.
The user then clicks run to integrate the batch.
We have 1 user who is unable to integrate the batch at all.
When this user launches Int Mgr the CPU percent for Int Mgr itself remains at 0 and never fluctuates.
The user does not receive any error message or progress bar all.
Said user is in the same trusted domain as other users, has the same domain level authority as others, etc.
I have deleted his profile from the server so it rebuilds when he logs in (if it was a corrupt profile issue). In GP, I have deleted and recopied the user, via the SA account, from an existing GP user who is able to integrate. The user is still unable to run integration.
What are your recommendations to resolve this issue ?

I would run a Process Monitor and make sure there are no Access Denied or Share Violation records. If there are you need to fix those on the AD side.
