Sending email invoice logs user out of BC

Hi,
 
I'm getting logged out of BC after trying to send an email sales invoice.
 
After clicking the email button, a text box appears showing that BC is processing the email then it logs me out.
The email prompt box does not appear and just logs you out.
After refreshing you'll be logged back in.

    Do you have any custom code in your solution around this This is very likely to be caused by some custom code, so you should have your developer look at it an debug it.
    And as Gerardo already said the event log can give you more insight into the actual error.

    Hi, agree with Inge, this seems to be a problem caused by customization.
    Also BC18 support has been ended, please upgrade to the latest upgrade version as soon as possible.

    We recently found that some customers are not affected by this.
     
    We did not install any new extensions or customization
