Management Reporter User does not have permissions

Bonjour!

I have installed Management Reporter and when I launch report designer I have this error " User does not have appropriate permissions to connect to the server"

    Any Update on this one? I am having same issue. I have restore my Development Managment Reporter DB into Production DB.
