Add a user in hundreds of account access teams in a massive way

Hello,

We need to add users to the access team of hundreds of accounts.
We can't find a way to do it in a massive way.
We can not do importing from excel, inserting into the teammembership table.

Could you please help us identify the way to do it?

Thank you for your help.

I have the same question (0)

    Hello,

Unfortunately, I'm not remembering any XRMToolbox plug-in that would help in that case.

Why not trying to perform that operation via Power Automate? e.g. reading from Excel and assigning the user to the Teams?

    Hope this helps you.

Thank you Torrado for your help, but what we want to do is the other way around.

Instead of Add hundred users in a access team, to add a user in hundred access teams.

    Regards,

    Hello,

Go to Settings>Administration>Teams. Select the Team and use the "Add Members" on the ribbon (its in the Action area.)

When the new window appears, select the lookup and you should be able to add multiple users at once.

    Hope this helps you.

    Hello,

If you are able to import the users into Azure, you could use a AAD Security Group Team to assign users to the Team.

    Please review the documentation below:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../manage-group-teams

    Thanks,
