"At least one security token in the message could not be validated". I got this error message when I tried to connect to CRM online thru my DNN(DotnetNuke) web portal.

Basically I have bypassed my DNN database. Instead, I have used CRM online as my database and DNN just connects with CRM online through CRM service.

It worked very well however every a few days, I got "At least one security token in the message could not be validated" error message when DNN was trying to authenticate and connect to CRM online. Reset IIS is a quick an easy fix. However it is really annoying everytime you have to reset IIS manually.

Please help.

You should implement code to detect when a token is expiring/expired and refresh/get a new token. Find details in the SDK.

Hi ParkerZhai,

Please check that what option did you use to authenticate to CRM Server? You should use IServicemanagement to manage token and refresh the token when you use other application to connect to CRM. If you are use CRM Online or Onpremise 2016, you also use Xrm.Sdk.tooling.connector to connect CRM.
