I'm getting the following error message when trying to install Dynamics CRM 2015 (For a Migration). I had no internet access so all perquisites had to be manually installed. All checks have passed but the install fails alter a while

Environment:
Full Server install on a single VM
Windows Server 2012 R2
SQL Server 2012 SP3 Standard
No Internet connection so CRM 2015 install update is not possible
