How can I remove the dropdown that shows in the top right corner of an Opportunity form and simply display the three fields I want to display?

Hello,

Please see image above of the top of my Opportunity form.  When a user clicks that dropdown icon, the Est. Close Date, Owner, and Est. Gross Profit fields are displayed in the dropdown.  How can I remove this dropdown and simply show all three fields across the top of the form?  Currently, it already shows the Est. Close Date and Owner fields at the top of the form.  I just need to be able to remove that dropdown and display the Est. Gross Profit field.

Thanks!

Goto new admin cente, then edit form, and set Show header flyout to false
