Also on the (FantasySalesTeam) FST site there was a series of videos to help you setup the game. On the Gamification site https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics/gamification/default.aspx There is a video icon but it only takes you to the introduction video on you tube for gamification.
Can anyone point me to the video resources?

Your right that the old website had a bit more content however this is all the documentation that Microsoft has produced so far for Gamification after the rebranding. The content in the URL you provided is decent and high level goes through most of the setup.
