Error Installing .app File

I am trying to install a .app file in Business Central. I am a super user, with an essentials license who has been able to install .app files before. 
 
The error I am getting in summary is:
Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'adminServiceFacade')
And when I click View Details: 
Deploy Operation rejected. Error: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'adminServiceFacade'
 
I do not know how to troubleshoot from here. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

    I am having the same issue, started this afternoon.  I can debug in the sandboxes and for some reason I was able to deploy the app to one sandbox.

    This topic has been discussed in a Yammer thread as well. There are comments from other colleagues with the same problem and the response from MS support.

    I debug from visual studio code - run - start debugging.

    I was just able to install the app in production.  I made no changes on my end.

    Hi, this seems to be a Microsoft issue, I just tested it and it has been fixed.
