    Hi,

    Please use the Gear Icon on the right hand side up corner and choose the Design option and then you can choose the field you want to display on the page.

    The Design feature is only available in your Sandbox environment.  You develop your Extension, using Design, in the Sandbox.  This creates a file that you can then upload into your Production environment.

    Hi,

    you need to create a page extension object and write this logic below.

    pageextension 50105 PurchInvListPage extends "Posted Purchase Invoices"
    {
        layout
        {
            modify("Vendor Invoice No.")
            {
                ApplicationArea = All;
            }

        }

    }

    If my answer was helpful to you, please verify it so that other users know it worked. Thank you very much

    The BC trial is a Production Environment.  Since it is not a full license it looks like you don't have access to the BC Admin Center to generate the Sandbox.  Probably a limitation of the trial.  You should reach out to a local BC partner to see if they can assist you.

    Hi, Currently, Designer is only available from a Dynamics 365 Business Central sandbox.

    More details: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/devenv-inclient-designer

    And Ben is right, it looks like you don't have enough permissions to access the admin center.

    Hope the following helps.
