Hi,
Recently I've noticed that the Email in the Timeline section on the form within the Unified Interface is showing the entire email Description. This is happening without me clicking on the caret expand button.
When displayed this way the email appears to be collapsed with all spacing removed, however, when I do press the expand caret the email is expanded with all the correct spacing.
FYI, I do not have the Expand all records by default setting set.
I can't seem to find any information about this anywhere online or any setting in the system that would collapse the description, is anyone else experiencing this issue as well?
