Not able to open a project in MS project from dynamics 365 project management and accounting

Have installed MS Project, installed add in by downloading it from Dynamics 365 project management workspace. Now, when I try to open a project in MS project by clicking open under Microsoft Dynamics 365 tab, it ask for username and password and then nothing happens.

Nothing happens even if I try to open a project in MS project from Dynamics 365 project management.

Any Ideas experts, what am I missing?

    Did you check the MS document about Microsoft Project client integration:

    Yes, I have already been through this document. I have followed the same steps as mentioned in this document but still not able to open projects from MS projects.
