Time sheet deviates from the work week

Hello,

does anyone had this problem before? When I want to create a time sheet in the "Project management and accounting" modul the time sheet period deviates from the work week. The field "Work week" is also disabled. So I cannot change that.

That does not make any scence. I was checking the Time sheet period types but I could not find any informations why this is happening - see screenshot below. Everything should be fine.

Does anyone has an idea?

    Hello

    We have a problem with the split being in the middle of a week even if it's not a new month. I have run the updates... can I manually change the periods - just for those entries that are incorrectly split...any tips or specific ways this has to be done, or anything else I can check?     Hello, there is a solution for this issue. It is required to "Update Timesheets" in the Timesheets period types section. Update also the Worker periods.

    Click on Project management and accounting -> Timehseets -> Timesheet period types.

    Not to ny knowledge, unless there is something messing up with the periods if so I would suggest you to open a support case so we can investigate further.

    Hello,

    thanks for the quick response. Auto-split was already enabled. So this should not be the cause for the problem. The auto split was also working at the end of november. I do not think that someone has done this manually if the auto-split bar is activated. :)

    Could it be something else?

    Hi Schewa,

    I think this is caused by the auto split week parameter on the timesheet periods, that will split weekly periods at month end, so in your case last week of 2020 was from 28 to 31 December (week 53-1) and system split and create other week (53-2) from 1-3 January

    If you don't have that parameter enable, then probably someone within the organization did the split manually
