Hi,
I was trying to configure Dynamics CRM 2016 Online to make Skype call when we click on the business phone number field in Lead form.
In System Settings form , under General tab I have set the telephony provider as Skype and country code is also given.
Now when I click on the business phone number in the Lead form , Skype window will get open but call is not happening.
Can anyone help me to solve this issue?

I was able to solve the issue.
If we use Internet Explorer as browser then the call will happen automatically and for the Chrome browser 'Skype Click to call' plugin must be installed and enabled.
