I'm trying to test emails that were created by another user. The send test feature seems to be stuck after I hit the "send" button. I'm not sure if the user used the send test feature preavously, but they seem to manage to send the emails in customer journeys.
Are there any checks that I can do to unblock the send send feature? (For info, the app was installed by someone else in the past, so difficult to know what has beed activated or not when they installed Marketing). What would be the steps for activating the test send feature?

Many thanks again for your help.
The issue in our case was linked to the content settings.
The content settings had a subscription page that had errors. Once we corrected and tested the page, everything worked after ! Unfortunately the email error did not specify the origin of the problem, but i'm writing it in case other people may encounter a similar issue.

So would you please try to test if the Send now button can send the original email to contacts directly?
Or you can check the HTML code of the email in HTML designer and find if there is any dynamic content in some components.
Hello Nya, I just tried to extract from the email the dynamic text but it still blocked. I also tried to test another email with dynamic text in it with relations (ex. : {{contact.contact_msa_title_msa_titleid.msa_name}} ), in a different tenant, and the test send feature worked perfectly well.
I'm afraid is not the dynamic text that blocks the test...
PS: I don't see in the email no QR codes or customer journey boutons.

Yes, the same limitation.
You can try to remove the dynamic content with relationship and test send again. It will work.

This is also indeed helpful. Yet just to make sure, I want to use the Test send bouton, not the Send Now (the article speaks about Send Now). Or they have both the same limitation with the dynamic text?

It is caused by the presence of dynamic contents with relationships in your Marketing Email.
For example, if there is a button which contains the calendar of a certain event, when you click the Send now button and send it to a contact directly, there will be an error message.
And the Test send will be frozen.
This type of marketing email can only be sent with customer journey. You can just preview dynamic text from contact information with the Test send feature.

In which, there is a requirement for emails that can use Send now:
Your message can include dynamic expressions, but you can't use relations. That means you can have just one hop (period) in your dynamic expressions, so for example, {{contact.name}} is supported but {{contact.contact_account_parentcustomerid.name}} isn't.
