A user has previously been able to receive "Test Send" emails from the marketing app (as recently as 8/19/20). See screencast: https://www.screencast.com/t/6ifWspuHM9
We have confirmed that other users on the same domain are also able to receive the Test Send emails.
As of late, the user cannot receive emails from Customer Journey or Test Send. The Insights show that the messages Bounce due to "Inactive-Mailbox" but his mailbox in Dynamics is active.

I have already reviewed the thread at this link: https://community.dynamics.com/365/marketing/f/dynamics-365-for-marketing-forum/398390/test-send-not-sending-internally where it is suggested that perhaps there is a bug on the client's exchange server. However, if that were the case wouldn't all users be experiencing this issue?
