Offline Functionality on Field service Mobile APP

We have customized the case, work order and booking form, it is working fine in web and mobile but when comes to mobile offline. Most of the custom code is not working. 

I would like to know what things are will work in offline field service mobile app when comes to customization like retrieving data from other entity based on that some of the field populated and disabled some field etc

    Hi partner,

    I reproduce you situation in my environment and find that the customizations in my Case form can work in web and mobile when I am in offline.

    It seems an issue in your environment's Field Service mobile app when users are in offline, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    You need to make sure all the data you need is available offline. Check your offline profile.

    The JavaScript also need to be designed for the offline, check the documentation below.

    Remember that you should use Xrm.WebApi.retrieveRecord and not Xrm.WebApi.online.retrieveRecord

    Ensure that the Mobile offline profile allows the data to be retrieved offline.

    Lastly, only JavaScript will work offline, if the custom code is plugins then it will only work when you sync the data
