Update Currency in Quatation- and its influence on the Exchange rate

Hi all. 

1.I created a Quotation with item and 100$

2.Than I changed the Currency into ILS

3.The amount was updated to 250 ILS according to  Today's rate (19 April 2023)

4. I tried to change the dates in the Header or lines, or even different  dates for the fields:

-Requested receipt date

-Requested ship date

The result was the same. 

Someone struggleed with that issue and aware if todays date will be the always the conversion date?

    Hi,

    The conversion always uses the current system date. The session date can be managed by an end user. Have a look at my blog post how this differs from the today's date. Session date in Microsoft Dynamics AX - Dynamicspedia

    Hi YAEL,

    As Andre said: the conversion always uses the current system date.

    System should propose the requested ship date based on the "Requested Receipt Date" which is promised to Customer.

    Base on this, if have the transit time setup for the shipping carrier as 5 days and the requested receipt date is 04/24/2023 then the system proposes 04/19/2023 as the requested ship date.
