Hello

We are facing a problem exporting to excel.

pastedimage1562857348880v1.png

Dynamics CRM 2013 SP1 (6.1.5.111)

Tried on different OS, different environments (Production, Acceptance, Development), different Browsers, different permissions. I created a new empty organization and got the same error.

We uninstalled the latest Windows Updates from June.

The only change was a Deployment of 2 updated plugins we developped for our customer. Our next step is to go back to the previous versions of this plugins....

Do you have any other ideas? Below you will find the Trace-Logs:

    Hi,

There is no reference to custom plugin in the stack trace. If you are certain that this has started happening after the update to the plugins, you can disable the plugins and verify if it works.

You can also verify if this is happening for other entity or just this one..If only this entity then check  if all view or just this one. Some time the problem can be just the corrupted view

    Hope this helps.

We are not sure, if it has to do with the deployment. Because the error occures also, when I create a complete new and empty organization without customizing.

But perhabs through the registration of the plug-ins, there are some dll's etc. overwritten?

I disabled all plugins, but the error still comes up.

We identified a few files (CRM Components) that were overwritten at the last deployment. They have to be restored and then it should work again.
