Duplicate lines in Free Text Invoices

Hello 

I have created a free text invoice with voucher # FTI000001088, and as I remembered , I put only one line with amount 11,345,355 but I could find duplicate lines in the journal. Also total amount 22,690,910 which is twice as 11,345,355.

 please see the screenshot

However when I checked Voucher transaction, customer transactions ,and settle open transactions, the amount of this voucher  FTI000001088 is  only11,3435,455.  I'm confused which one is the correct amount.

What I believe is that  11,345,355 is correct amount, then I curious why there are duplicate lines in Free Text Invoice.

Any one have idea?

    Hello Tina,

    What AX2012 System do you operate (R2/R3 with CU7/8/9/...)?

    Has this happened only one time?

    If it occured already several times, have you checked LCS for an available hotfix?

    We are using R3 CU10

    I'm not sure this happened only one time, but i have seen this happened only once.

    Hello Tina,

    As long as the voucher seems right this should not be a big issue especially if this issue does not come up more than once.

    Probably it is just related to the update of the totals and free text invoice form.

    If you refresh or reopen the free text invoice form, do you see any difference?

    If this it not the case, please have a look at LCS.

    There seem to be some hotfixes available for similar issues.
