I don't have annual maintence contract with Microsoft anymore and I can't download the feature pack from customer source website. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this rms feature pack 1. I would really appreciate it.

My thoughts exactly Matt!
However I don't think anyone would be doing him any favors at this point by letting him install FP1 with the current problems associated with it. Hopefully it will be worth installing someday.
