Have you thought about moving a copy of the install media to the the organization's shared GP directory? This makes maintenance fairly easy and you'll have everything saved in a single location.
no. no problem with the install. Just whenever I need to add it to a new client, it's very inefficient to download the entire RTM media. It'd be nice if there was a smaller, quicker install package.
You can only install it via installation media. Is there a problem you are running into?

You can download the service pack too.

To my knowledge, the only way to install the Word Add-In is from the GP install media itself.
