Dynamics 365 On-Premise connection issue on Android Tablet

I am having issues trying to connect Dynamics 365 for phones and tablets app to our on-premise IFD deployment.  When I add address in app and hit next I get error "Your server is not available of does not support this application".

Any pointers would be appreciated.

    Hi

    Make sure the Logging is enabled (its enabled by default) and Share the Log and send it to your email and see the full error detail to understand why it fails

    Once you got the actual error message, it might help to resolve the issue.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, most recently this morning and to no avail

    Please uninstall the app and install again and try and see if you can login. Few other users have reported similar issues.

    I obviously wasn't clear in my original post.  The error is accessing the Dynamics 365 app for phones and tablets, on the initial screen I enter url of our onpremise IFD organisation and that's where the error is popping up.  I'm not getting past the initial screen.  I can however access and run my app through the browser, it's just the CRM app for phones and tablets.

    This error message is not a common one, its just in your code, Could you share the actual error message?
