CRM Oulook plugin installation failure: installation of prerequisites failed

Hi all,

 

Installing oulook plugin fails at one of our employees giving the message Installations of prerequisites failed. For more details we need look into a log file.

In the log file it adviced to remove the .net framework 3.0 or workflow.
