Hello,
Most of our users are able to sync their CRM tasks with their Outlook calendar; however, one of our users cannot. In Outlook, there is no Synchronization option in the CRM tab or ribbon.
Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this so his tasks show up in Outlook?

Can you check if the synchronization method for that users mailbox is set to "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook". If not, change it to "Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook" and then ask the user to restart the outlook client. It may take some time to reflect the changes so you might want to try restarting the outlook again if nor=t resolved.
Settings >> Email Configuration >> Mailboxes >> {Open user mailbox to see the setting}
