Business Central Power BI App – Quantities and Amounts Not Updating

Hi Community,

Today I'm here with a question that I’ve installed the Business Central Power BI app. The master data is showing correctly, but the quantities and amounts are not updating in the dashboard. How can I fix this issue? As the salesperson sale amount was 60,000/- yesterday and we posted 40,000/- more invoices for same salesperson but its still showing 60,000/- instead of 100,000/- even I have refreshed Power BI.

To better understand and assist, could you please confirm which Power BI app or report you are using—for example, "Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – Sales Report". Also, have you checked the Power BI Connector Setup in Business Central? You can find it by searching “Power BI Connector Setup” in the Business Central search. Make sure that the connection is properly configured
