Legacy Navigation rendering on IE randomly

So I have a weird problem, for users using IE every now and then when they load up the CRM page it will render the old navigation bar. We dont have anything set to render legacy code. Usually clearing cache and restarting browser/computer tends to solve the issue but the client would like a fix. I cant seem to find anything on the subject. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

This looks totally one off. Since it's part of the platform itself, best way is to open a support ticket with MS if the UI on other browsers isn't working fine as well.
