Unable to create records in a purchase order. The security policy permission is denied. Procedure

hello,  Set roles(According to purch sec rule view purch) for users, When a purchase order is created, the Purchase rights group will look up the user's purchase rights group from the user group. If it cannot be found, an error will be reported
The error message is:   Unable to create records in a purchase order. The security policy permission is denied. Procedure
 
How should I solve this problem？

    After in-depth analysis of the creation process of the purchase order, it was found that there was no value in the procurement rights group field on the Human resources > regular employees, this problem is the logic code of secondary development, and the problem has been solved, thank you
