Illegal Address Error

So, when I go to History Detail Inquiry, and select a transaction entry zoom (for a bank transfer ) and click on the source document, I get this error.

Unhandled Script Exception:

Illegal address for field 'Transfer Number' in script 'HandleErrors'

Script terminated

How do I fix this? We do have a third party product called AIT for bank transfers.
