Hi All,

I'm fairly new to D365 Fraud Protection Solution.

I'm trying to explore Fraud protection with D365 commerce. What are the prerequisites for setting up a Fraud Protection Environment.

We already have Azure tenant for our org. and have an existing D365 commerce dev instance. And after provisioning fraud protection, how can we test it for online fraud transactions

Hello Faheem,

You will need to integrate Dynamics 365 Fraud Protection integration with Dynamics 365 Commerce.

If you need questions on how to upload the data and related to sample data.

We have sample data for download: sample data file. You can use this to explore options before using your own internal data.

Hi -

1- Is Fraud Protection only available for Dynamics Commerce Online Store or can be embedded with other Commerce Solutions like Shopify / Magento ?

2- In case customer is not using Dynamics Commerce Online Store and only using Call Center with Brick & Mortar - so Microsoft Dynamics Fraud Protection can help in this case as well ?

1. Fraud Protection can be used with any Commerce Solution, not just Dynamics Commerce Online Store!

2. To help Brick & Mortar retailers, Fraud Protection has a cloud-based offering called Loss Prevention. You can read more about it here: docs.microsoft.com/.../loss-prevention-overview
