We have an error message when validating a quality order, mainly if we want to update the inventory status.
So we are using Quality management for warehouse processes, where the registration of the PO triggers the creation of a quality order and a work order to put the item sampling into the quality check location.
We also setup in the test group an update of the inventory status based on result.
Here some screenshots of our setup:
The quality order is correclty created, and the work order to put goods in QC location is ok:
But when we want to validate the quality order (pass or fail), we are receiving this error message:
After a lot of research and test, we just found out that if we remove the values in these 2 fields in test group, then we are able to validate the quality order:
But of course our goal is to change at least the failed quality order status.
Does anyone know what is causing this bug ?
